We are proud of our SixSixOne product and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied for any reason we will exchange or issue a refund on unworn, unused, and unwashed products within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please follow the specific instructions on the return form and send the product back (unworn, unused, unwashed) within 30 days for a credit or exchange.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. For further clarification please call us at 800.663.5567.

Returns are easy.

You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or exchange, all returns require an RA number.


Please call us at 800-663-5567 or email us at for a Return Authorization number. Complete the Return/Exchange Form enclosed with your merchandise and include the RA number on the form and on the outside of the box. 


Indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken, such as refund or exchange for another item, size or color.


Place the Return/Exchange Form in the box with your merchandise and write the RA number that was given to you on the outside of the box

Please send your package including the Return/Exchange form via a prepaid, traceable and insured method to help ensure a safe documented delivery. Make certain that your name, address and phone numbers and RA number is included. 
Return mailing expense is not refundable.

We will process your return and follow your instructions to the best of our abilities. 
In the event that an exchange item is not available a refund will be issued to your credit card. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling costs will be incurred. 

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Please allow 7-14 business days for your exchange or credit to be processed. 
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.


Due to our quick processing of orders, we are UNABLE to make changes after you have placed your order. Please be certain of your choices BEFORE placing your order online. If you've made an error, please wait until you receive your order and then return the incorrect items along with the invoice. Any shipping costs as a result of changes in the order will be charged to the customer. Please see the shipping page for shipping charges.


We make every effort to ensure that all information is correct at the time of printing. SixSixOne reserves the right to change prices printed without prior notice and to invoice at the corrected price. While we try to portray our merchandise as accurately as possible, colors may vary slightly due to the printing process.
